You’ll be able to enjoy the attractions of this seaside town and its beaches! Treat yourself to a culinary break near the Etang de Thau in Marseillan, with local oysters and wine! Nearby, the Canal du Midi is perfect for lovely bike rides. Don’t miss a stop at the 9 Ecluses de Fonséranes south of Béziers. Head to Pézenas for the weekly Saturday morning market and stroll through its narrow streets to discover local crafts. Your 44-square-meter vacation rental is attached to the owners’ home. “The common areas and pools are shared with our small family, but we respect our guests’ privacy.” The cottage is laid out as follows: A large living area with: - A sitting area: sofa, coffee table, TV (Netflix, Wi-Fi), dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided + tea, herbal tea), toaster, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. - A bedroom that opens onto the living room but is separated by a wooden screen. The bed measures 160 x 200 cm. A French door opens onto the property. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks + toilet + washing machine - Extra sleeping arrangements for 2 children in the living room are available upon request; please contact the reservations department. Outside: - A private patio with a table, chairs, and a parasol, plus an outdoor kitchen (grill and sink). - A swimming pool (4.35 x 2 m) shared with the owners. The pool is located on a raised terrace enclosed by a fence and a wooden gate. Lounge chairs. - One parking space on the property, enclosed by a gate. - Direct and private access to the vacation rental. End-of-stay cleaning included.
