Perfect place. Away from tourists, allowing for a more authentic experience. The place was immaculate and had everything you might need. So convenient to have access to beach towels, umbrella and a cooler. Neighbors are very friendly; the gentleman across the street offered to help us when we had minor trouble with our rental car. Ivan answered our questions with hardly wait. Thoroughly recommend.

Loved it!

I loved this property. It was exactly as described and very clean. I really appreciated all the little extras that made it extra nice and comfortable including snacks, plenty of dishes and utensils, paper plates and plastic forks and kleenex in the bathrooms. I know its a small thing but you don't always get those nice little extras. Pans were nice enough to actually cook. Gorgeous property! loved the porch with an amazing view off the side. Everything was even better than expected. Ivan was easy to communicate with. So glad we found this place. We spent the first half of our week in Puerto Rico on the west side then moved to the east side later. We loved this area the best. My favorite excursion was the bioluminescent bay down on the south side of the island and crash boat beach was a hit with the kids. All around great experience. Thank you Ivan!!

By far this has been one of my favorite stays in PR not far at all from the Aguadilla Airport nor my favorite beach Crash Boat. Ivan’s house the right amount of space and cozy. I loved the view we woke up to every morning.ob the mountain side. Ivan also responded quickly with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here. I had a groups of 8 adults and 1 infant. We loved the space, house, and the amenities the house offered. Thank you Iva looking forward to another rental at this property Sincerely the Marroquin-Smith Family

Nice home.

The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of bath & beach towels. Toiletry starter kits for the bathrooms were provided. Beach chairs & a full size cooler were a nice touch.

Spectacular

The home was exactly as posted, it was beautiful, clean, and best of all had a/c in the whole house not just the bedrooms. The electricity was no issue either, we never walked into the home and the electricity was out so the home was cool the whole nine days we were there! The view from the balcony is amazing, the owner/host was very responsive and answered us no matter the time (he even answered at 2:00am!). The family that got to stay with us fell in love with the property as did we. Thank you so much for hosting.

Amazing Stay - even in a hurricane!

We stayed for 8 days and even experienced a hurricane/power outage but Ivan made the experience the best possible given the circumstances!! It was truly a great stay and everything was so clean and welcoming!! He even had snacks out for our arrival!

Dream property

Hand down the best property I have stay in the last 10 years, this owner got this place sharp like a razor. Everything you need, everything you can think is in that property. Superb value!

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and check-in/out was effortless. Property manager was extremely responsive with a few questions we had. The property is not in a tourist area, and we knew that, but everything felt safe and there was reserved parking for two vehicles in front of the house. I can’t recommend this property highly enough at the price point - an incredible value. Would definitely stay there again.
