  • Questa unica casa con quattro camere da letto è il luogo perfetto per godersi il paradiso. Si trova su una bellissima spiaggia poco profonda con una splendida vista e accesso privato alla spiaggia. Letteralmente vai giù per le scale del portico a quindici passi e sei sulla spiaggia!

    L'ampio oceano che si affaccia sul portico coperto e sul solarium ha molto spazio per prendere il sole, mangiare all'aperto e godersi le colada pina. Rilassati sulle amache, ascolta le onde che si infrangono mentre osservi i pellicani catturare il pesce e i surfisti prendono le onde. Grigliare il pesce fresco nel barbecue a carbone. Di notte lascia che i suoni delle onde ti facciano addormentare e al mattino, fai una tazza di caffè e fai una piacevole passeggiata sulla spiaggia (ci sono chilometri di spiaggia in entrambe le direzioni).

    Sol Rico si trova in un quartiere sicuro nella zona turistica di Porta del Sol, sul lato occidentale dell'isola, nel comune di Aguada (vicino a Rincon). La struttura si trova a 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di Aguadilla (BQN) ea meno di due ore dall'aeroporto Luis Munoz Marin (SJU) di San Juan.

    La casa ha quattro camere da letto, tre bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata, Dish TV, WiFi e parcheggio recintato per due auto. Aria condizionata in tutte le camere.

Great property in a great location

Amazing property perched as close to the ocean as you could hope for! Clean, spacious, and amazing views from the giant porch/deck! Plenty of room for large groups!

A wonderful Place with a Wonderful View

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The host was extremely easy to contact and we had no issues throughout our stay. The place itself is clean and well kept. Beach towels, bathroom towels, and kitchen amenities were all clean and organized. The best part was the view of the ocean from the porch, absolutely amazing!

Great family stay

We had a great stay on the quiet, private beach. The house had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house along with a cool charcoal grill set up. Close enough to Rincon and Aguadilla to get to all the surf breaks. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Short PR Surf Trip

We had a short break and wanted to be able to surf the Rincon area. This property was situated centrally between Domes and Los Jobos. We found the host to be extremely responsive and pleasant. The property was suitably equipped and had a great view of the sea in AGUADA. Unbeknownst to us, the property is situated adjacent to a wildlife preserve. Walks along the beach collecting glass found few others present on the beach. There were restaurants within five minutes, providing fresh seafood and beautiful views of the ocean. I would strongly recommend this property for a family getaway.

High school graduation surf party

Our families stayed in the beautiful side by side beach houses in Aguada, PR. No need to leave these amazing beach houses. The sun and surf are at your fingertips and amazing food (street food, bakeries and beach restaurants) are within walking distance. Read a book on one of the comfortable hammocks or on the beach with the surf hitting your toes. Clean, modern and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to our very minimal needs. The house has plenty of room for 6 (Sleeps 8) We had 6 adults-3 generations. I highly recommend Casa Sol Rico Dos and for multi families/ friends rent the Casa Sol Rico Uno too!!

Absolutely beautiful home and location! We traveled with our 4 children and we all loved the beach and seeing the surfers! If you surf this is the place to be! Kim & Ernesto were excellent hosts and promptly answered our questions we had when we arrived. Highly recommend!!

Nice property

Lovely clean property and great views. Unfortunately the beach, which we were looking forward to, was not safe enough to swim in. Lots of wood all over the sand and water was not as clear as other beaches in Puerto Rico.

Oceanfront

We rented the house for a beach trip getaway for a week. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lay out of house was nice, and we spent most of our time on the huge outside deck. The house is directly on the beach. When the surf is up one can enjoy watching the surfers catching the waves! We swam in tbe water when it was calm,but there are better swimming beaches close by. Location was perfect for day trips to area attractions. Ernesto, our host, was helpful, friendly, and takes good care of his property.

Warm, peaceful, and welcoming house on the beach. We were 5-10 minutes from downtown Rincón. Lots of places to eat from in the area.

Hidden gem, could not have been better. A++

Our family and friends could not stop gushing about how great this place was. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in paradise. There's a fantastic surfing break right out the back door and there's always someone surfing out there. The walks on the beach in both directions are epic. You can even swim at this beach! Not typical for the area, usually too rocky. Everything about this stay was top-notch. If you do stay here, don't forget there's an additional full bath on the outside of the house, next to the laundry room. Ernest was very communicative and helpful. His dinner recommendations were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this place!

Great Family Getaway

This location was the perfect getaway for my family and friends. We had three small children with us and the property was safe and very conveniently located. It doesn't get better than walking right out onto the beach every morning and grilling on the deck at night. The sounds of the Ocean fill the house all day which was so relaxing and when we did need to work, the wifi worked perfectly. It's a very quiet neighborhood with a very private beach. There is delicious local food within a 5 minute drive. Great vacation and I hope to be back soon!

The Best Surf Vacation

We stayed at Sol Rico Uno for 2 weeks in January when I turned 50. What an amazing setup for surfing. The break right in front of the house was super fun especially if you love lefts, what a treat to be able to roll out of bed and literally be in the water 5 minutes later! Accommodations were great and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was quite a treat. I will definitely be returning next year to score more waves.

Beautiful Views

Everything about this home is beautiful and welcoming. The house had everything we wanted and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The host Ernest and Sunny was very nice and responded quickly. It could have been better

Although we enjoyed the house and especially the terrace, there were issues with the thoroughness of the cleanliness, the fridge, the ash-filled barbecue and the rusting paint on the terrace. Those are things that - if corrected - would have made the memories (and photos) perfect.

Beautiful Views

This house has amazing views and access to a private beach. Most of the time we were the only people out on the water. The kids were able to paddle board, surf, and build sand castles while the adults sat nearby watching. The property manager was great with communication.
