First impression was great exactly as pictured. Air conditioners works great. Comfortable beds and good decor. I was a bit disappointed that the pool is still under construction. I would have given the property 5/5 if the stove top and shower head had a bit more attention. I really liked the property and the location is great.

Lovely home
The home is lovely and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. There were issues checking in and the home was not cleaned after the previous guests. Jo Ann looked into the mixup and corrected the situation but we weren’t able to return to the home until around 9pm.

The house and stay were lovely.
The house was beautifully decorated and homey. It had all of the small appliances we needed including a magic bullet, which was great for smoothies. The back deck was so relaxing and we spent our evenings and mornings out there. The neighborhood was nice, we walked around a few times. It was a great location. The host was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we come back to Aguidilla.

Great space - misleading location
The space itself is great, well maintained, and Jo Ann was very kind and communicative prior to and during our stay. The space was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. That said, the VRBO is nowhere near where it seems on the map (as of the time of this review - 3/23/2022). We were looking forward to being within Aguadilla Pueblo and being able to walk to and around the town. In truth, the place is about a 20 minute drive north, just north of the Aguadilla Airport. While the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it is not what we were expecting or anticipating. You will definitely need a car to get around to the main beaches and tourist areas. Given VRBO's policy of informing lodgers of the exact location only a few days prior to the actual stay, we found this out with only 72 hours before we were due to arrive. With that short time frame, there was not enough time to find alternative lodging and once we arrived, we wanted to enjoy our vacation and not have to deal with logistics or complaining to VRBO. So we did not do so until after we returned from our trip. While I was sorely disappointed with VRBO's response and the way they seemed to wash their hands of it - blaming the host, even though they claim to verify that the listing matches the general area of where it's actually located- I want to be clear that the apartment itself is great and if the location (just north of the airport) is where you want to be, then this is a wonderful vacation rental. But if you are expecting to actually be in the town of Aguadilla (as we were), you should look for a different option.

Overall everything about Casamiguel was very good except that there was no privacy - you can see right through the windows. The window treatments were not appropriate for glass windows, which was a big issue for us.

Excellent spot for a getaway!
The property was exactly as listed. It did get a little hot in the house, as the AC is only in the bedrooms, but there were fans available. The best part about this listing is the quick responsiveness of the owner/property manager. Highly recommend.

Cute and Cozy location!
The location was exactly as it was marketed. Love the sound of the coqui's at night. Host guided me right to the front door as waze was acting very funky. Only suggestion I have, Is providing the guests with wash rags, which I left a few behind. Rather than the small bar of soaps, installing a soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser, it will be less costly. Also, atleast a roll of papertowel, the one there only had about 3 sheets left. Will for sure return on my next trip to Aguadilla.

Desde que ases la reservación , la señora jo Ann muy atenta y amable, te explica muy claro todo, muy servicial y contesta rápido , cada , llamada o texto. Si no sabes llegar , te explica y te dirige hasta que llegues a la casa. La casa como los retratos enseñan , todo muy limpio, bello y tropical, todo muy serca de la casa, restaurantes, supermercados, playas, la casa muy cómoda y preciosa , la recomiendo 100% , se que regresaré, me encanto, muchas gracias señora jo ann por su hospitalidad.

Lovely property, location. Hard to find.
The property is exactly as pictured. Very clean, simply and beautifully decorated. Great outdoor space and neighborhood. We arrived at night. We could not find the address not with directions given prior to check in. Had some difficulty contacting the owner but did reach within an hour. She connected us with her local manager, Brenda who was very kind. We had two occasions after our initial check in where our local cab drivers could not even find the home easily. GPS Will not work. You will need to know landmarks and I suggest daytime check in for easier visibility. Again the owner was kind as was Brenda, logistics of location finding was my only issue and I am sharing to help others not detour from this rental as it is fantastic. Do plan to bring or purchase kitchen clothes and other household consumables.

A place of peace
Wonderful experience. This is our second time to stay at this property. We previously rented and studio and brought family with us this time so we rented the main house. Great value for the price. Excellent location. Brenda the housekeeper is extremely helpful and there when you need her. The property manager was very helpful in accommodating us when we needed an early check in and also worked with us through the inconvenience and unavoidable issue of the earthquakes taking place. I highly reccomend this stay.

Amazing, peaceful, fun!
My family and I enjoyed the stay so much!! I feel the owners have thought of everything to make sure your stay is welcoming, relaxing and as easy going as possible! It was just like being at home. You had everything that you would need! Our stay in PR was a short one, we didn’t have time to waste on guessing what else we may need and staying here... it took all the guess work out of it! The home is very clean and organized with a beachy feel.. it was a nice touch when entering the home, they prepared a little welcoming sign for you and encourage any feed back. The terrace... was great! Next time we are in PR we will be rebooking here again.

Very nice beach house
Loved everything about this house. It is close to really nice beaches like Crash Boat Beach, close to the airport, and there are tons of bakeries, restaurants and places for groceries. I really enjoyed the hammock in the cool breeze. Brenda was amazing and attentive. My husband and I would love to come back again.

Casa Miguel is beautiful and close to the best beaches on the west coast of Puerto Rico. The house is very confortable and exactly as the pictures show. I’ll definitely stay here again with the family.

Nice place to stay, a little hard to find tho. property manger Brenda is a delight to work with. wish it had better directions and maybe a sign. all and all great place good beaches in the area and airport is 5mins away, they serve breakfast lunch and dinner for a good price. check out survival beach while your there.
