Modern architecture, a comfortable space consisting of two (2) bedrooms: one equipped with a queen-size bed, closet, vanity, and reading area; the second with two twin beds, a closet, and a vanity. Living/dining room for 6 people with views of the Barrio del Encino neighborhood through the panoramic balcony, where you can also enjoy a small outdoor breakfast area and a grill. Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, all necessary kitchenware, and ample storage space. Small full bathroom equipped with individual towels for each guest, hand towels, a bath mat, bath soap, and body lotion. Interior patio with furniture for a pleasant, relaxing time.

As a SECURITY measure, identification is required for “all” guests after the reservation is confirmed. A copy of official identification (FOR ALL GUESTS) must be sent, and the identity of the guest making the reservation will be verified.

To ensure the safety of our guests, we have surveillance cameras at the main entrance, which are used to verify identities and prevent access by unregistered individuals. "At no time is the privacy of our guests violated inside the apartment."
