There was a long line and no agents working at any of the check in stations when I arrived. I was told my room was going through "final inspection" when I checked in, but then waited over 2 hours for my room. The bellman yelled at me when I called to ask to have my suitcase delivered to my room, and I was double charged for the room. So the stay was overall not at all what I expected compared to the last time I stayed at the Fairmont a year ago. It was a complete disappointment.

The listing is not as described, pictures aren't accurate. Area was dirty, keypad on door didn't work, had to get key from a dusty lockbox. Stayed for 10mins and left and checked out. Listing says balcony water view, its barely space to stand and its rusty with a leaky pipe above. Very disappointing
