“We had a wonderful and lovely week in Bernieres sur mer. Isabelle and Guillaume were perfect hosts and their chalet was beautiful and very comfortable. Also, it had all the facilities we required. The use of bikes was an added bonus👌 Thank you. The location was very quiet and near to the beach where we enjoyed many strolls and bike rides along the promenade stopping for lunch/dinner/coffee/icecream etc - superb. It was a great central location to explore all the Normandy towns and WWII sites....

“We hadden een aangenaam verblijf in Colleville sur Mer. Accomodatie in het verblijf is heel goed. Veel te zien in de omgeving en het verblijf is heel rustig maar zeer nabij verschillende bezienswaardigheden o.a. Amerikaans kerkhof, Overlord museum. Lekker vers gemaakt appelsap van de eigenaar David.”

Fijne ontvangst; de houtkachel brandde zelfs bij binnenkomst; Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is centraal gelegen op korte afstand van alle voorzieningen. In de omgeving is veel te zien. Een week was eigenlijk te kort! De huiselijke sfeer maakte alles compleet!”

“Great place to stay just be aware of the extra add-ons. If you want sheets for the beds it is extra per person, same if you want them to provide you with towels. If you use the fireplace the wood is extra. Also, you are limited to the amount of electricity you can use or you are charged extra for going over.”

“Proche de la plage qui est très facilement accessible à pied. Piscine chauffée a 30 degrés, ce qui est parfait. Propriétaire présent sur place mais très discret.”

“We are 4 adults with 1 disabled adult . This is a great accessible cottage . Swimming pool is a bonus 👌 Would recommend for all including familys Well equipped, everything you need . Perfectly located next to the British DDay memorial. Would definatly stay again .”

“ce gite est idéalement positionné pour faire le tour des plages du débarquement (c'était notre cas ..). accueil chaleureux, gite coquet, confortable et parfaitement équipé et décoré au milieu d'une magnifique propriété. Il n'est peut être pas très grand mais suffisant pour 2 ou 3 personnes et très douillet!!.. une excellente adresse, n'hésitez pas !!”

“Die in eine Ferienwohnung umgebaute Scheune ist zweckmäßig, einfach ausgestattet und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für 4 Personen allerdings sehr beengt, für 2 Personen absolut ok. Jedoch ist die Treppe zu den 2 Schlafräumen sehr schmal und steil. Für normal große Menschen und isb. mit Gehbehinderung ein Unding. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Pulito e in area tranquilla. La pecca è il bagno sicuramente da ristrutturare la doccia piuttosto vecchia, assenti mensile e porta rotolo carta igienica. Eravamo in 4 ma c’erano solo 1 asciugamano viso e 3 asciugamani doccia”
