“It does hold like other vivantas like goa, Mumbai but it's ok. The staff is ok because even with near empty hotel I got my request delivered after 3 hours by then I already checked out. The breakfast is very basic, the staff at the restaurant is good and upfront but missed Gujrati options in the breakfast. I had exactly the same thing 2 days in a row. Chai was pre prepared and kachi by the way remember near empty hotel for a 11 floor hotel. The hotel is old and the furniture and washroom shows....

“Probably first and last stay at this property. The good- 1. Location 2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room. The bads- 1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. “Établissement de charme au calme dans la vieille ville. Chambres de taille et équipements variés. Décoration de qualité. L'entretien mériterait une mise à jour. Le gros problème c'est la communication avec le personnel qui ne parle pas anglais. Nous avions demandé un repas qui n'a jamais été préparé. Au final un très bon souvenir, mais un rapport qualité prix insuffisant.”
