Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.”

“This was our first trip to the UK and first Premier Inn experience. The room was perfectly fine and the free parking and location was perfect to visit Ormskirk and Southport. The free internet was adequate for using maps and googling information for the trip. Did not have to pay for an Internet upgrade ”
