“Excellent reception Staff. Helpful bubble and a pleasure to speak to after a four hour drive. Room 11 was a bit tired and decor out dated but the bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep. ”

“Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service ”

“Whole experience was excellent from leisure staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all very helpful and attentive. Evening meal was excellent, good choice. Breakfast was also lovely, great choice for adults and children. Room was clean and spotless. Will definitely be back. ”
