“Overall the property was alright. The Expedia rating wasn’t super helpful. Location isn’t the best. The industrial part isn’t something I’d recommend. Lots of parking which is nice though. The room was really clean which was amazing but the halls and elevators weren’t the cleanest. It was super packed the weekend we were there and felt like we were intruding on some type of event or family reunion. It felt like we shouldn’t be there which I would have appreciated if that had been clarified that...

“Having the accessories of fridge stove and microwave very convenient for me, and great location.”

“There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.”

“I was impressed with the properly for one night before travel it was perfect including on time shuttle at 4 am and lovely helpful driver too . I would definitely stay there again and great addition is the chop steakhouse next-door. It was pouring rain and we just walked through the hotel and had the most incredible dinner. “Highly unorganized place, the staff seems to be chaotic and does not know their job. Even after repeated requests they do not provide best service, the housekeeping left the door of our room opened, which we noticed in the evening when returned. Do not recommend to any body, at least who all will be coming with family, a strict no no. The staff does not know how to process or Cascade a given information. Double charged me for my stay, refund still awaited.”

“The basic breakfast was good. Prices for other options and other meals was reasonably priced. Nice access to two parks within easy walking distance. The noise from the bar while trying to sleep was what brought the score down. I would recommend ear plugs if staying Thursday to Saturday nights.”

“The linens on the beds were very clean ! And the bathroom and towels were very clean! Or we wouldn’t have stayed, but it was very late when we checked in, and we were tired! Floors were rug and very run down, worn, dirty in hallways. Also no elevator , just around 15 stairs to second floor where our room was. We were not to,ld that when we booked! We are elderly.”

“We decided not to stay after arriving because I was traveling with my daughters and wasn’t comfortable with the environment around the property. There were several people gathered around the bus stop in front of the hotel, and there was noticeable activity outside that made me feel this wasn’t the right fit for my family. The staff were courteous and professional, and my decision was based on my family’s comfort level rather than the service we received.”
