“The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.”

“When walked into the room it was like a freezer. Turned on the heater and it started to smell heavy like something is burning. I asked for another room, but they said it's the only room available. I had 2 little kids with me and almost begged them to give me another room. At the end was told: take this room because we don't have another one available. Had to walk away in the night to find another hotel to stay.”

“They charge 10 bucks a day to park on the property. I don’t feel one the books a room there should have to pay for parking.”
