Loly House – Base Camp for Swiss Alpine Passes and Mountains

Una casa tutta vostra a 1140 m, nel cuore delle Alpi svizzere.

Loly Apartment Deluxe non è un appartamento in un condominio: è una casa indipendente su due piani, con entrata privata e nessun muro in comune. 75 m², fino a 5 ospiti, due bagni, cucina completamente attrezzata e una terrazza privata in granito dove il sole arriva nel pomeriggio.

Siamo ad Airolo, in alta Leventina, ai piedi del San Gottardo. Dalla porta di casa partono centinaia di chilometri di sentieri e strade alpine: è il punto di appoggio naturale per chi viene qui a muoversi, non solo a dormire.

Per chi arriva con le bici

C'è un deposito chiuso dove lasciare bici, sci e attrezzatura: niente ruote in salotto, niente scarponi in corridoio. Chi pedala su strada ha i grandi passi a portata di giornata — Gottardo, Nufenen, Lucomagno — e chi preferisce lo sterrato trova percorsi e single track che salgono dalla valle. Dopo l'uscita, la terrazza e la doccia calda sono a due passi dal deposito.

Per chi arriva con gli sci

D'inverno gli impianti di Airolo sono a pochi minuti, e la valle è una delle basi più comode del Ticino per lo scialpinismo: si parte presto, si torna a casa, l'attrezzatura si asciuga al riparo. La stazione FFS è vicina, quindi si può arrivare anche senza auto.

Per le famiglie

Due piani e due bagni fanno la differenza quando si è in cinque. I bambini hanno spazio, gli adulti hanno la terrazza. C'è il parcheggio gratuito davanti a casa, con colonnina di ricarica per auto elettrica, e il Wi-Fi gratuito in tutta la casa

Loly Apartment Deluxe is not a flat in a block: it is a detached house on two floors, with its own entrance and no shared walls. 75 m², up to 5 guests, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private granite terrace that catches the afternoon sun.

We are in Airolo, in the upper Leventina valley, at the foot of the Gotthard. Hundreds of kilometres of alpine trails and roads start right outside the door: this is a natural base for people who come here to move, not just to sleep.

If you arrive with bikes

There is a locked storage room for bikes, skis and gear: no wheels in the living room, no boots in the hallway. Road cyclists have the great passes within a day's ride — Gotthard, Nufenen, Lukmanier — and if you prefer gravel and dirt, there are trails and single tracks climbing straight out of the valley. After the ride, the terrace and a hot shower are a few steps from the storage room.

If you arrive with skis

In winter the Airolo lifts are a few minutes away, and the valley is one of the most convenient bases in Ticino for ski touring: leave early, come home, and let your gear dry under cover. The railway station is close by, so you can get here without a car.

For families

Two floors and two bathrooms make all the difference when there are five of you. The children have room to spread out, the adults have the terrace. There is free parking right outside, with an electric car charging point, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
