Kia Orana Wendy, Thank you for the positive review. We do sincerely apologise for the lack of hot water. This was due to a faulty hot water califont, our maintenance team have installed a new unit and are checking on other units that may require replacement. With 2 years of little revenue our deferred maintenance is now an immediate priority. Meitaki atupaka and we hope to see you back in Aitutaki in the near future.

Kia Orana Thanks for your review...we are very blessed to be on the sunset side of the island...top tip to visitors holidaying in the South Pacific - choose the sunset side you are always in the lee of our SE tradewinds..and how many of us on holidays wake up for sunrise?? Re: mossies we have plug in zappers and we can provide coils on request. However we don't encourage this as some have left burn marks on the decking.... Kia Orana, Thank you for the review. We finally got back into the swing of things 15th July with our first Island Night and BBQ night entertainment following Sunday. Just prior to borders reopening we changed our family policy to allow children on one wing of the Resort. The Bungalows pictured are branded 1 bedroom bungalows. They used to be tagged lagoonview, but as gardens grew we changed their description. My apologies if this is still being advertised as such. Good news, we recently got digital broadcast TV across Aitutaki, so on your next visit you can stay up to date with news and events on TV. Kia Orana, our sincere apologies for the lack of notice regarding snorkelling equipment. We have since updated website and other media to advise this change. We take the advice from our Health experts seriously and are determined to do our part to prevent COVID19 spreading into the community. We will not amend this policy until our Ministry of Health gives us clearance. Snorkelling equipment is available for sale in stores downtown.
