THE HOUSE
Completely renovated with quality materials, the house has been designed for your comfort and well-being. The volumes are generous and bathed in light. The cathedral living room and the dining room, largely open onto the shaded terrace and the swimming pool, naturally invite you to relax. Separated by a glass roof, the kitchen offers fluid circulation and also opens onto the terrace.

On the first floor, a master suite with independent entrance, 160 cm bed, shower room and toilet offers appreciable autonomy. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms with 140 cm beds share a bathroom, while a second master suite with private shower room guarantees comfort and privacy.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Refreshing floor on both levels, laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, wine cellar, closed garage for two vehicles: every detail has been thought out for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

THE GARDEN
Behind its gate, the house reveals a landscaped garden of about 300m², a real green setting in the heart of the city. The 9 x 3 metre swimming pool - treated with salt - is secured by an electric curtain. It is an extension of a large 70m² wooden terrace. In the natural shade of an oak tree, the days stretch between summer lunches, evenings by the water and moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

The outdoor space becomes a living space in its own right, designed to take full advantage of the Provençal climate. Deckchairs and garden furniture allow you to alternate sunbathing, naps in the shade of the oak tree and long summer evenings around the barbecue.PGJyPg
PASSENGER ACCESS
Access to the motorways is very close.

Access to the house is very easy whether you arrive by train via the Aix-en-Provence TGV station, by plane via Marseille-Marignane airport or by car. We will send you precise instructions according to your mode of transport if necessary.

Arrival is scheduled from 5 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m., with the possibility of adaptation according to the occupancy schedule.

OTHER REMARKS
The house is offered in a spirit of respect for the place and its environment.
Parties and receptions are not allowed.
An automatic watering system optimizes water management and selective sorting devices are available.

A confidential address, ideal for fully enjoying Aix on foot and its surroundings while finding peace and quiet by the pool in the evening.
