- Kitchen and living room: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle... It opens onto the living room where there is a dining table for 4 and a comfortable sofa facing the TV, ideal for relaxing with the family.

- Balcony: Enjoy fine weather on the balcony furnished with table and chairs, perfect for a sunny breakfast or a quiet evening admiring the floral park.
