“The only thing that was misleading was that on your booking site it said distance to Bilbao was 5 km .This isnt true its 25km and because i was cycling i had a very late check in and alot of hassle because i cycled near Bilbao only to have over a 2 hr cycle back out north again. I wasnt happy and so please don't lie about distance ”

“Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines. A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms.
