Though tidy, the space was unclean: food stuck on the dishes in the cabinets, hair and dust on the floors, mildew and soap scum on the shower walls. “This property does not meet basic living or safety standards. The bedroom on the lower floor is located beside the furnace, meaning you are effectively sleeping next to where the home’s gas system is distributed. The room also has a very small window that does not appear to meet standard safety requirements. “Hotel was clean and seems well maintained. The room was quiet and there was a reasonable selection for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint is the pillows - they go totally flat when you rest your head on them.”

“When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay.
