The desk service was outstanding: once I asked to call me a taxi for the airport, Valeryia (the lady at the desk) was worried that i was doing a mistake about which airport to go, therefore she called the airport asking for the confirmation that my flight was actually departing from that one and she was right: she avoided me to go to the wrong airport! Big responsibility and care from her side, which makes a plus...

“I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I made 2 reservations, from 26 february to 3rd of March, in total. the second reservation, was paid during the booking with Hotels. I complain to the reception, and they said that they will reimburse, but I didn't receive any confirmation since sunday.”

“The hotel is very good. It's not in the downtown, but price/quality are unbeatable. Good and various breakfasts, the gym and a pool made my stay there very comfortable. I stayed there for 2 weeks! Highly recommended. (The only thing i would advise changing is the work hours of the gym and the temperature there (26-26C is the t f for a stroke, not for a work out:-) )”
