    Architect drawn, modern house with fully equipped kitchen.
    2 bedrooms and spacious living room/kitchen area. Bathroom with washing machine/dryer.
    2 terraces to choose your outdoor visit from (unfortunately is the roof terrece no longer available)!
    Walkings distance to the Baltic Sea and the forest behind offers a great get-away experience!

    Jacuzzi included on even days.
    Kayaks nearby can be rented for a discounted price.

Schöner Ausblick auf den Fährverkehr und das Wasser. Den Abend mit einem Gang in den Jakuzzi ausklingen lassen, ist ein Muss. Für 3 Erwachsenausreichend. Für mehr wie 3 ist das Haus zu klein.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Stockholm sehr empfehlenswert.Wir haben gute Tipps vom Vermieter bekommen was man in der näheren Umgebung entdecken und erleben kann und wir waren rundum zufrieden

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in einem persönlichen Gespräch Tips für Ausflüge und Highlights in der Region bekommen. Man kann das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt!Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, inkl. Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle.Bei Rückfragen hat Markus umgehend reagiert, auch als wir die fehlenden Kleiderbügel (welcher Gast sowas auch mitnimmt.....) angemerkt haben, bekamen wir umgehend neue.Den Jakuzzi mit Blick haben wir oft genutzt. Man teilt ihn mit der Nachbarhütte, wir sind uns aber nie in die Quere gekommen.Die Woche war superschön, wir kommen wieder!!!Und wer gern Kajak fährt, Markus hat auch ein Kajakverleih . https://maps.app.goo.gl/16naTQWQN44RFt1VA

Absolutely cozy Sweden cottage in great location

We had a wonderful week at the house. The view of the "Schärengarten" from the roof terrace was fantastic. Markus is a great host with an incredible amount of information and tips. The location is very good - also for day trips to Stockholm.

Wundervolle Tage in Schweden

Wir durften fünf tolle Tage in Schweden verbringen. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Ferien perfekt gemacht. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und zudem sehr sauber. Die tolle Lage mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war unbeschreiblich. Der Gastgeber Markus was sehr freundlich und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle.

Tiny House mit genialem Ausblick

Das Haus hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist wunderschön und auch die Größe ist für zwei Personen genau richtig! :) die Tipps vom Vermieter waren excellent! Es war ein richtig guter erster Schwedenurlaub und wir werden wiederkommen! :)

Tolles Haus, noch tollere Lage und sehr nette Vermieter

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren an 7 von 14 Tagen in Stockholm (mit Bahn oder Auto kein Problem) ... eine Wahnsinnsstadt. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse und der Blick auf die Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Fähren, die mehrmals täglich vorbei kommen. Toller Urlaub, Dankeschön

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Es gibt viele Schiffe zu sehen.Stockholm ist nicht weit und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Der Vermieter hat dazu sehr viele gute Tipps gegeben. Zum kleinen Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Es gibt vor und hinter dem Haus schöne Sonnenterrassen.

Wonderful stay in a cozy cottage with a fantastic view of the sea!

We spent a wonderful time in this cozy, little cottage. The house was equipped with everything for our daily needs. We especially loved spending time on the roof terrace with this amazing view of the sea and the surroundings. Markus and Esther are lovely hosts. Markus gave us lot of useful tips for activities in the area which we really appreciated.

Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub hier, uns hat nur ein Boot gefehlt. Wunderschöne Lage an den Schären, da hätte wir einiges erkunden können. Das Haus ist eher für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gedacht. Wir waren vier Erwachsene, geht auch wenn zwei im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit und immer gute Tips. Wir würden gerne irgendwann mal wieder kommen!

Séjour en famille reposant et agréable

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la maison pour profiter de l’archipel. Nous n’avons pas rencontré Markus mais avons échangé par téléphone. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et s’est montré très à l’écoute. Le séjour a été très agréable. La maison est bien équipée, propre et parfaitement fonctionnelle.
