“This hotel has so much potential but is completely mismanaged. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Upon arriving both times there was nobody at the front desk. This time I waited 15 minutes and finally, the lady came out and apologize saying she had been in the bathroom! While standing there, I called the managers phone number because there was his business card on the front desk. A day later, I’ve never heard back from him either. Our room was very nice.
