We booked the room through Hotels.com, had a confirmation number from one week prior in which it did not appear on their system. They did see that I had the email, so they gave us a room. We entered the room, discovered that the TV was on, the remote for the TV was on the bed, the bed looked like someone had been in the room and was lounging there. The garbage was filled. We immediately went back to the front desk, sent them pictures of what we observed and then they gave use a different room. The bed was not comfortable, certainly not what I have experienced at other Hamptons. The breakfast was ok. There was a large garbage that was directly next to where all the food was so that was not very good. The woman who was preparing the food was barking orders at the guests, not very friendly at all. I would consider other places around this hotel first before I would return.
