Northside District Loft - Panoramic Valley Views

Summary:
Welcome to our newly updated loft located in the popular Northside District, just on the edge of downtown Akron. The entire space fills with natural light from the large windows in every room and with an oversized covered balcony it's the perfect place to enjoy the nearby outdoor scenery while still being close to the city. Enjoy a cozy night by the electric fireplace!

Note: Pet friendly to only dogs.
Pack n' play available.

The Space:
With 2 beds/2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with streaming TV service (Hulu Live subscription included), you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay! A large, outdoor, covered balcony with seating has panoramic views of the valley and is a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. After a long day unwind with a hot bath in the large clawfoot soaking tub located in the spare bathroom. If you need to do some work, there are desks in both bedrooms. The electric fireplace is a nice place to cozy up to and enjoy a hot chocolate or tea while reading your favorite book!

There is also an in-suite washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Situated in a perfect location, just a short 5 minute drive from the heart of downtown Akron, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. The Northside District area has many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance from our loft including the famous Luigi's Pizza right across the street. The Northside Marketplace located on the ground floor of our building is a local hidden gem where you can grab food, coffee or a unique souvenir from this urban market which showcases over 30 local up and coming small businesses and artists. If you feel like exploring the outdoors, the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and several metro parks are just a few minutes drive away. You can also bike there via the nearby Towpath Trail or even take a scenic train ride through the parks via the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad with a train stop just down the street. The University of Akron campus is also only 5 minutes away!

Condo is not on ground floor and must take elevator.

This place was incredible. As a longtime resident of Akron, I return often to see family, and need a home away from home, as I cannot necessarily stay with them. I need a space to sleep well, work, and essentially live my daily life, while I'm visiting. That includes needing sunlight, a great, well equipped kitchen, pamper friendly bathroom, great bedding, black out curtains and fabulous furnishings. This place had it all AND for a rate FAR better than local hotels. Cannot say enough about the space, the location, the amenities and appointments. The hosts were also thorough, precise communicators -- just the right amount.

All amenities provided, just absolutely breathtaking views, gorgeous loft, exquisite dining ,and host was absoltely superior, friendly, and professional.This place is a game changer in the industry and i dont think anyone out their can outdo the experience thats provided here. This was a vacation that will forever be the most unforgettable experience & by far the greatest time of our lives. This place has so much to do , so much to see , Multi faceted cultures and diversity its all so captivating ,the locals were the kindest and most welcoming people ive encountered in a very long time.I would do this over & over again & again & again. My hosts were so inviting and attentive to our needs ,justvthe best of the best. 10 outta 10 for customer service , and accommodations of impeccable taste, luxury lofts and i mean absolutely gorgeous. Breathtaking views, quiet and romantic sunsets, memories that will forever be the most amazing of all time. Thank you to my host for a unforgettable & majestic experience....will be staying with you many more times to come....until next time:)

Comfortable Clean Stay

We loved our stay at the Northside District loft. We were looking for a comfortable place to relax. We found the loft was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We enjoyed looking out the windows, watching the electric fireplace, and watching TV or talking.The location was also easy to get to with a couple restaurants just below us. It is also right next to Luigi's which I learned is an Akron staple for Italian food, particularly delicious pizza. Mark was great at communicating with us with all the details we needed when we needed it. I felt so very welcomed and found he would reply to my texts quickly.One other thing I found was a very simple thing, but we noticed it. The toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues were not the cheap stuff. We brought our own because we've stayed at many places where they were just not what we wanted. We didn't use ours during our stay. I only bring it up to make the point, I felt the host was doing everything to make our stay comfortable.If we visit Akron again, this would certainly be a place we would stay again.

Met all expectations would stay again!

The Loft was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of light, comfortable, well decorated with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony view and the restaurants and bike path nearby.
