“We felt like family - the staff was courteous, helpful and we lacked nothing. The spa treatments were professional and were just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The food was delicious- we even had a cooking class and ate the food that was cooked in front of us. I cannot wait to replicate the recipes here at home. ”

“Good room, comfortable and in a quiet area. Bathroom in the room that I used had no hot water at all, not even lukewarm. The toilet seat cover was broken and the flush button only worked with difficulty. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs to be attended to seriously.”

“Property is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. No toiletries or tea kettle in the room. ”

“This is a below average hotel in terms of services. No toiletries, no dryer and nothing else provided. Even water bottle was charged twice the MRP value which is similar to 3/5 star property but that's not the case with this hotel. ”
