“We stayed in this hotel a few days before this booking and everything went well. This time unfortunately the room had very strong cigarette smell, the staff was very unhelpful, unresponsive and barely looked or talked with us during check in or in other moments. Other than that, it is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and good breakfast.”

“All ok”

“there were biting bugs in the bed linens. I informed the front desk and they simply told me I was wrong. so I guess the red bites were my imagination after all since they told me I was wrong.”

“Çok iyi”
