Dear S.:Thank you for your review:1.- The building does have a reception but is managed by the condo management, we do not control this.2.- We change sheets for every single new guest that arrives.3.- As a vacational rental unit, if you request a bedding change and cleaning fee, it does cost a fee and you didnt ask for the service.4.- We always wash our sheets.Have a nice day

Hello Douglas, thank you very much for all your comments, everything it is to get a better service in the future.We really sorry for the language but we are in Mexico and not the whole people speak in English, our concierge saw you a copule times and unfortunately you never told us nothing, we tried several times to contact you but we never got an answer, even prior your arrival.We would have liked know about you during your stay, but we never got an answer, anyway we will take actions to improve this kind of things.Thank you very much for everythingSunest team

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not confortable, our apartments are perfectly cleaned after a check-out and before each arrival in order to make our guests' experience the most confortable. We will look into this report to avoid any further incidences.
