“My vacation was awesome. The hotel super clean the staff super friendly peaceful stay. The only complaint the Elite Restaurant the service was good but the Lamb chops smelled which means they were not fresh and so I ordered the filet mignon and asked for med well and it was rare so for it to be the upscale for the Elite package was not good at all. “Todo muy bien con excepción que las puertas corredizas del balcón permitieron el paso de la lluvia y el viento, haciendo demasiado ruido por el sellado ineficiente de las puertas. Hace falta renovar las puertas de vidrio del balcon o darle una solución permanente a la mala condición. Nos tocaron días de mucho viento y lluvia durante la estancia. Respecto al servicio y actividades del hotel todo fue excelente.”
