The staff was absolutely amazing! But that’s pretty much where it stopped. The restaurants were not always open, including the buffet that was closed the first day we got there. The property is run down, everything is spread out all over the resort so if you don’t like 1 restaurant you have to walk to the other side of the resort to go to the buffet. The food is NOT good, my husband and I literally spit out our food at the Oceana one night and got up and left. There are very few options for picky eaters, if you don’t like your food mixed up with other food then this is not the place for you unless you plan on eating nothing but plain grilled chicken the whole time which you have to special order. Then my husband got severe diarrhea and we both came home with Covid

Great place great staff. Only complaint I have was that the restaurants were super slow while we were there. I don’t know if it’s a common thing or if they were short handed while we were there.

The rooms and hotel facilities are outdated and offer limited amenities. The breakfast buffet is excessively hot, lacking air conditioning or proper ventilation. There is often a shortage of staff, and food items are frequently unavailable or served briefly. The beach is not very suitable for swimming; I anticipated a better experience based on the images displayed on the website.

The staff was absolutely amazing! But that’s pretty much where it stopped. The restaurants were not always open, including the buffet that was closed the first day we got there. The property is run down, everything is spread out all over the resort so if you don’t like 1 restaurant you have to walk to the other side of the resort to go to the buffet. The food is NOT good, my husband and I literally spit out our food at the Oceana one night and got up and left. "Loved the staff. The place is ready for an update but totally worth it for the price. The beach is nice, you can snorkel on site.
