“Great variety in food and excellent”

“This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again”

“We were woken up the first night by hammering and sawing. I called down to the front desk and was told they were done. No apologies. Pools were full of sand and floating debris. The pumps and filters were not on. Out of 5 restaurants, only 2 would be open each day. Food was average. Drinks were so watered down, you could drink al day with no effect. We have stayed at other resorts with much better quality and a bit cheaper. We would not stay here again or recommend this resort.”

“The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. “Stayed here 2 times now it is in an excellent location staff is very friendly and helpful pools are great and all the restaurants are great You can walk 1 block away and you have shopping and more restaurants and bars I highly recommend this place if you want an all inclusive resort”

All-inclusive is a waste at this hotel as food is not always available and not everything in the bar is included. The position is OK: in the middle of upper side (it can be reached by walk) where most of the life is concentrated and not far from the south of San Miguel (while a little longer than the north part, it can be reached by walking as well).
