“Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“Staff was great as always! Rooms were nice and the maids were very attentive! Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was eh, but the mexican theme night at the buffet was really good. Nice pools and nice beach even though the beach was drawn back due to the hurricane a few years ago. All in all i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in cozumel. The island is a gem!”

“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. “We visited Blue Angel for a week. The dive shop is located on property. You walk to the end of the dock to catch the boat each morning. Shore diving is included The restaurant is excellent. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks.
