“Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“The hotel is run down and I would not give it more than a 3 star. There is no beach, the pools were dirty and the food at the buffet was absolutely awful. It was uncomfortable, no fans, no air, missing utensils, bad service along with little selection but especially just mediocre quality and taste of food. This hotel is in dire need of help!!”
