“Great variety in food and excellent”

“We stayed here for the first time in June - me, my husband, and three kids (10, 7, 3). We had an amazing time! The food was delicious at all the restaurants (we especially loved Momo and Flamingos), the drinks were yummy, views amazing, and staff exceptional. “Our arrival at Secrets was great! But shortly after everything went down hill. The room was very run down, with mold on the walls. It smelled like sewer. The restaurants were average at best serving cold food. The last straw for our stay was our room being broken into. I highly would suggest staying elsewhere when visiting Cozumel. When speaking with management about our issues they were hateful to say the least!”

“This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. “Ottima struttura, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati 3 notti e grazie al programma Level siamo riusciti a viverla al meglio. Menzione speciale per il ristorante di pesce, dove si può anche fare colazione se si è Level. Qualità del cibo ottima sia a cena che a colazione e massima gentilezza del personale. “Everything was clean and beautiful grounds! The only thing I would improve would be food choices. But honestly, you get what you pay for and it’s a great value. I have never seen people work harder on groundskeeping in my life.”
