“L’hotel non e’ predisposto per Playa del Carmen, perche’ essendo una zona molto molto ventosa, non sono state create delle zone con paravento , risultando cosi’ impraticabile sia nell’area delle piscine , sia anche nei bar e nei ristoranti all’aperto. L’aria condizionata nei locali interni e’ insopportabile per un europeo. Colazione buona, sebbene frutta e verdura siano industriali. Il ristorante otaliano e’ un “American Italian” . “Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. ”
