“Tutto bene. Comodissima al centro e ai locali serali. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. ”

Ubicazione davvero congeniale”

“Monica was excellent, and I felt very welcomed back after this was my second stay. The room was comfortable and felt very well cared for. Although the checkout and exit, just as with the first visit was disappointing. A passive aggressive text saying I should check out 5 minutes before so they have time to check the room, followed by comments about my natural black carbon toothpaste suggesting I had stained their towel. I showed them it's a natural product and washes out, of course I would not...

“Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed.”

“Well positioned close to the pedestrian area, nice rooms, nice breakfast”

“What I liked the most: -The "nature" vibes of the hotel. Feels like you're in a "mini jungle". My 4 year old enjoyed walking and seeing different types of tropical habit animals. I liked the proximity to Xcaret park. Shows/activities were fun and even though my child did not want to stay at the kids club, I heard great things. What I disliked the most: Compared to other resorts I've been, the service was not the best though. In other similar resorts, they have servers coming to you all the time...

“Perfetta!”
