“House was nice and spacious. Great location. Giorgia, the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made shuttle arrangements, was very attentive, responded very quickly. So pleasant to work with. Matteo gave us great recommendations, especially for the cenota. We had a great stay.”

“Door to the bedroom downstairs that has a jacuzzy outside of it does not lock at ll. Need to fix, it was like that when we arrived. The karaoke machine has no microphones. Front door lock code, sometimes it works other times malfunctions. None of the jacuzzi's were hot enough for a jacuzzi. Other than that, the house is beautiful. We recommend it. Discrepancies are minor. Pretty safe place even with bad door.. Thank you.”

“The host was easy to work with and the house is easy to find. The villa is amazing - it's a complete house with 4 pools, one on the rooftop deck and three in individual rooms. It's located 1 block from all the craziness and there are tons of great restaurants in the area. ”

“This house was perfect for our big family. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures and its location is great, very short walk to the beach which, by the way, is beautiful: clean and quiet. The common area is perfect for relaxing and the big pool is really something! It's shared but we always found it empty, probably everybody choose to walk to the beach since it's so close. “We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.”
