Hotel all inclusive a Playacar

“It's such a gift to be able to visit Palmaia for the second time. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food is hit or miss, but it's so nice there, you won't care that much. I still managed to gain 4lbs so I clearly ate pretty well! The servers and bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive. The spa is beautiful and the therapists there are amazing. There are a variety of daily activities. The nomadic guides, Kasandra and Esteban, are gems!”

“This is my 4th time staying at this Riu Riviera Maya Hotel and it was not a disappointment once again. I highly recommend it. The staff is overly pleasant and the hotel itself is very nice and clean. The night shows are very nice. It's like 20 min walking to downtown Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend it. ”

“I bagni sarebbero un po' da sistemare, nel senso che le porte andrebbero cambiate e le fughe rifinite meglio, ma è tutto pulitissimo ed è la cosa più importante. I giardini sono ben curati, i ristoranti offrono degli abbondanti buffet che possono accontentare tutti. Ci sono poche sdraio rispetto al numero di ospiti. A me è piaciuto e mi sono rilassata.”
