“We were upgraded to a huge room, enjoyed the beach and main pool and bars, kayaking and included snorkel and drinking catamaran outing. Dinners were good, especially Italian restaurant Mio, Palafitos which cost extra. Mexican and Caribbean restaurants were good also. Had great experience with the spa (extra $) Best lunch was the taqueria. Staff around property were nice and friendly and helpful. “All the staff like Manny our butler, Diana who is an amazing bartender making cocktails that wow you. The staff are always approachable with a smile. The resort is clean and well maintained. All the restaurants have delicious food and best service. Entertainment was good too, since we stayed for New Year Eve. The spa experience was so relaxing. Thank you to all the staff members from cleaners to servers. ”
