Only thing one of the guest services was late for our Bali Bed experience but our waiter Luis was amazing. I would recommend more activities for the adults and play music for the adults. The food was very good. My husband and I had a great time. Will stay there in October when I go to Punta Cuna. ”

There was a little bit of high pressure bait/switch at check in to “visit” another sister property & go home & tell all our friends & family how great it was -but we heard it was selling a travel club membership & would take almost all day - not sure if that’s true-but didn’t like that so we canceled & were made to feel like it was kind of taking away “someone’s brownie points”…”
