“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”

“This is the first all inclusive resort in Cancun area that I have felt pretty strongly that I wanted to return! We stayed in a beachfront Casita suite and it was fantastic. Gorgeous grounds. “The beach was disappointing at the time of the year we visited but that’s not the resorts fault. It was sargassum season. During our trip it was low season at the resort, so we got no lines on the bars/restaurants, which I guess can be different in high season. The entertainment was great. Lots of options of delicious food. And shows at night that we also enjoyed. Our family had a blast.”

However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants.
