“Great location. Not too far from the airport. Staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and the grounds were very well maintained. The only drawbacks were the restaurant was under renovation at the time and we were having breakfast in the ballroom throughout our stay. The other was guests reserving pool loungers and not using them. Other than that it was perfect. We will be returning!!”

“Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. “We picked this all-inclusive, because it is well-rated for service, food and is noted for being a quiet, all adult resort, with a great beach. We were not disappointed - we had a rejuvenating relaxing beach holiday. There was a bit of a sales pitch, when booking our dinner reservations, for their vacation club, but we were firm in letting them know, thank you, but, no thank you, and that was the end of the sales pitch, so no issues. Overall, good value for our time and money. Recommend. :)”

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“Abba was amazing! First time in México, my daughter and I spent her 8th birthday there. Our stay was quiet, and it felt like we were the only ones there! I loved that the beach club was right out the back door and the servers were amazing :) Uber from the condo to our friends resort was only $3USD. Walking distance to downtown and all the cute shops and food places.
