“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. “The hotel was fantastic. Very clean entrance way and amazing air conditioning as soon as you walked in. The rooms were clean, modern, air conditioned and we had a small balcony with sea view. The rooftop pool and bar were great and we had a fabulous meal on our last night there. Only issue entering the hotel is there is no ramp for wheelchairs which made it difficult as my daughter had to lift the wheelchair up quite a large step so we could enter the hotel. “It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”

“This is the first all inclusive resort in Cancun area that I have felt pretty strongly that I wanted to return! We stayed in a beachfront Casita suite and it was fantastic. Gorgeous grounds. “Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months.”
