“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly. A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. It wouldn’t have been the same without his assistance.”

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“This was our second stay at the excellence. We went five years ago and it was even better this time. The resort is absolutely spotless, the food excellent the entertainment great. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip.”

“The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I...

“Per essere un 5 stelle è vergognoso,all arrivo ti fanno aspettare per il chek in in una lobbi senza aria condizionata per ore,la stanza cortesia non esiste devi andare nel bagno senza appoggi, mosche sul cibo ,nel ristorante sul mare se ti allontanavi dal piatto gli uccelli ti mangiavano tutto,ho visto una cameriera sputare per terra a colazione bucchieri lavati a mano o solo sciacquati,personale che asciuga il sudore con le mani.Pessimo! bella solo l 'estetica del posto,tanto verde il mare...

“This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend!”

“Wow! Really blown away by our experience at the Jungala. The room was spacious, clean and very well designed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and the occasional dinner. All the staff were so courteous, positive, kind and hospitable. The grounds are beautiful and lush ans the boardwalks are a lovely way to get around. The pools are fantastic. The Cirque du Soleil show was magical. The aqua park was a blast. We loved going to Salum for dinner or ice cream or...

“New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there. ”
