Hotel vicino a El Rey Polo Country Club - Puerto Morelos

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience.”

“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“Tiene una excelente ubicacion. Todo queda cerca, cebtro comercial, lugares para comer y sobre todo la playa.”

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...

“The property is very well located in Puerto Morelos with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Daily cleaning for additional charges, but they offer new towels if you’re available at the time. Internet was not working during my 4 days stay.”

“Beautiful property. Smaller in size and easy to navigate, which was exactly what we were looking for. Staff and food were amazing!”

“Ok”

“Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌”

“So much fun. Thank you for another amazing trip. Can’t wait to come back”

“Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine.”

“Piacevole, tranquillo, pulito. La spiaggia, anche se il mare la riempie di alghe, dovrebbe essere tenuta più costantemente pulita. Colazione buona anche se limitata. Consigliabile per un breve soggiorno.”

“This place could really be something! The location is amazing, the deck, small pool and views from both are pretty good. However, the place is not that clean. We had some ants in our room, in the kitchen area and near the bed too which was a bit of a concern. It was not infested by any means but they could use a bug spray so we don’t have to worry about our food on the counter top or bugs in the bed. There was dust on everything and I mean clumps, I’m not that particular but omg my allergies. No...

“This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

“Great place”
