Hotel vicino a Jungle Spa - Puerto Morelos

“Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.”

“Proprietaria molto disponibile, l'appartamento è a due passi dal mare e in reception ci sono a disposizione gratuita degli ospiti biciclette,sedie per il mare e ombrelloni. Unica nota negativa il divano letto è troppo scomodo per dormire!”

“Check-in was easy, and everything was close to the location. I would recommend this place to others; it's safe and very clean. The beds are a bit hard, so if that bothers you, then I would say no to this place; other than that, everything is perfect”

“Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

“The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.”

“Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months.”

“Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.”
