“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...

“Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine.”
