“The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and take care of your needs. The pool staff are so friendly, especially Luis. He was so friendly and entertaining. A lot of them even remember your name. The only complaint I have is we ordered room service 1 day and it never showed up. And we had to call twice to get snacks and beveridges re filled in the mini fridge. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was good, we had a relaxing week.”

“Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
