“soy pesona discapacitada uso SILLA DE RUEDAS, llegamos y el personal de recepción muy amable y nos explico todo muy bien. - La habitación de discapacitados bien amplia, excepto el BAÑO: piso super resbaloso, las agarraderas mal ubicadas. - los restaurantes de espacalidad NO CUENTAN CON RAMPAS. -los snaks y room service estan buenos. - los restarantes de especialidad y el buffete estan regular cayendo en lo malo. - el personal de concierge estan como buitres tratando de vender sus planes...

“Ottima struttura, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati 3 notti e grazie al programma Level siamo riusciti a viverla al meglio. Menzione speciale per il ristorante di pesce, dove si può anche fare colazione se si è Level. Qualità del cibo ottima sia a cena che a colazione e massima gentilezza del personale. Ottimi anche i vari bar dislocati nella struttura e il servizio teli mare. Note meno positive: la camera è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernata ma non è un...

“This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again”
