“We had an amazing stay at Villa Eden on Cozumel. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. “The house was everything that we thought it would be. The housekeeper was great. She was there everyday except Sunday and the house was always neat and clean . You can’t ask for anything more. "Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia non scaricava, la chiave non apriva, neanche dopo riparazione e il cibo era pessimo !!! Mai più Barcelo’"
