“We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The kitchen was spotless and well-maintained, and the security staff downstairs was incredibly friendly and helpful. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was amazing—we even saw a lionfish and a spotted eel just steps from the building! The location, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We will definitely be booking this place again on our next trip. ”

"Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia non scaricava, la chiave non apriva, neanche dopo riparazione e il cibo era pessimo !!! Mai più Barcelo’"
