“Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

“Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund. “I was in Cozumel for Ironman and wanted a place near the finish line that was also walkable to groceries, supplies, etc. The Kippal Property was located in an ideal area of town and was very comfortable & accommodating. Communication was outstanding throughout. Noise levels outside were fine (something I was concerned about). I'd stay again. ”

"Ottima struttura, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati 3 notti e grazie al programma Level siamo riusciti a viverla al meglio. Menzione speciale per il ristorante di pesce, dove si può anche fare colazione se si è Level. Qualità del cibo ottima sia a cena che a colazione e massima gentilezza del personale. Ottimi anche i vari bar dislocati nella struttura e il servizio teli mare. Note meno positive: la camera è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernata ma non è un grande limite. Il buffet della cena andrebbe invece migliorato, soprattutto in termini di varietà di pietanze. Il mare davanti all’hotel non è il migliore dell’isola ma basta andare prima del pontile e lì il mare è magnifico (anche per fare snorkeling, consiglio di portare le vostre maschere perché in hotel è possibile usarle gratuitamente per 1h ma solo davanti all’hotel altrimenti è a pagamento). "
