“This property is located right on the main highway and the noise is terrible. It is outside of the gated community with sliding glass doors all the way across the downstairs. The kitchen is horrible with the only counterspace being the center island. “Amazing pool. A few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Bring condiments. Great towels supplied. VERY helpful staff and communication with owner was wonderful and fast. “You get more than you pay for. Super clean and has all the essentials. The owner operator was super friendly and so is his niece. He introduced himself when I checked in which was a nice feeling and he even arranged a taxi pick up for me to the airport. Located a few blocks from the tourist area but provides a real world feel of true Mexico, which I like. I would stay there again 😊”

El estudio está muy bien ubicado en zona centro, caminamos a los restaurantes de alrededor y a una cuadra hay un Oxxo y una lavandería, también una farmacia a 1 cuadra y el mercado local. "Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia non scaricava, la chiave non apriva, neanche dopo riparazione e il cibo era pessimo !!! Mai più Barcelo’"
