“There is hair on my bed sheets that is not mine. The place is old and basic with a lot of mosquitoes and a dead cockroach. Room is dim and aircon is not cold. The link from the booking is also wrong. There is no “boutique” word on the actual site so it’s quite confusing. Oh yes, the band next door played till past 11pm!”

“Excellent place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The room was perfect with excellent WiFi. The place is near enough all the action and just far enough not to be disturbed. The place is very quiet with a nice pool on the roof and gym. The staff is very friendly and always there to assist. The staff is present 24hrs in the lobby which makes the place very secure.
