“The staff was nice and very helpful however the Penthouse was in need of a lot of work the electric stove was not working the first day we got there, the kitchen sink had no hot water there was no water throughout the apartment for two days. The staff did bring up a trash can full of water for flushing of toilets, At that time the pool was also closed started off our vacation very frustrating. “Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. ”
