“The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect”

“Camere molto spaziose con balconcino, bagno molto grande. Sono un po' datate rispetto agli altri Bahia principe che sono lì. Tutta la baia è del Bahia principe che poi si divide in più villaggi, quindi con le loro efficentissime navette puoi girare tutti gli hotel e di conseguenza le spiagge. È tutto molto grande e ben tenuto. Il ristorante al buffet bellissimo e super fornito. Personale gentilissimo. Pulizia della camera ottima. Molto carino anche hacienda, un posto dove la sera mettono musica...

“Definitely coming back, everything was great, especially the service. Food was good and amenities are great. Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. Good shows and entertainment was pretty good. ”

“L'unico difetto è la colazione, poco varia e di mediocre qualità. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel offre un accesso al mare un po' difficoltoso, con fondale basso e roccioso e bisogna camminare fino alla spiaggia della prosssima baia per fare snorkeling e nuotare fino al reefe. La spiaggia dista poche centinaia di metri. Per il resto l'hotel è perfett”

“Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. ”

“Wonderful time! Right by the water. Though the area has much seaweed right now, Oasis Tulum does a great job daily cleaning it up. Fantastic food!Great service! Rose petals on the bed and champaign provided on our anniversary night. We highly recommend this resort. Our 11th trip to Mexico resorts!”

“My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water...
