“Camere molto spaziose con balconcino, bagno molto grande. Sono un po' datate rispetto agli altri Bahia principe che sono lì. Tutta la baia è del Bahia principe che poi si divide in più villaggi, quindi con le loro efficentissime navette puoi girare tutti gli hotel e di conseguenza le spiagge. È tutto molto grande e ben tenuto. Il ristorante al buffet bellissimo e super fornito. Personale gentilissimo. Pulizia della camera ottima. “The cost to use a bbq is outrageous and unreasonable so we didnt have any bbqs. Then they wanted to charge an extra $100 for a 2 hour late check out. Other than that the accommodations are amazing and the grounds are well kept and lovely to hang around. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. “Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool.
